Conveyor equipment

Guide plate with guide rollers: V-shaped plastic rollers and a guide plate ensure fully automatic, wheel-friendly centring of vehicles in the conveyor system.
Towing unit: A towing roller gently guides the vehicle through the car wash by its left front wheel.
Vehicle measurement: Precise vehicle measurement and control switch the individual units on and off with pinpoint accuracy.

Information & advertising elements

Illuminated pylon: The LED pylon made of stainless steel and acrylic glass visually enhances your entry or exit zone. Shape, size and your illuminated custom print can be individually adapted.
Gateway arch: The illuminated LED gateway arch made of stainless steel and acrylic glass is the calling card of your car wash. Design, dimensions, programme panels and entry instructions are individually adapted – optionally with an integrated spray system.

Chemical & foam application

Spray system: The stainless steel spray system wets vehicles evenly with pre-cleaner.
Foam shower: The foam shower envelops vehicles in a dense layer of foam. The striking visual effect delights customers and gives operators an attractive add-on programme to market.
Rim spray: Our rim spray with stainless steel posts and brass nozzles ensures precise application of chemicals.
Front/rear spray: The front/rear spray applies chemicals precisely to the front and rear of the vehicle via a dosing pump.
Foam curtain: The foam curtain creates a dense wall of foam, illuminated in colour by LEDs. The integrated stainless steel sign serves as a flexible space for advertising or greetings.

Washing

High-pressure wash

Stationary high-pressure wheel/sill washer: Removes stubborn dirt in the sill area using 5 tiltable rotor nozzles per side.
Travelling high-pressure wheel/sill washer: Follows the wheels over a distance of 2,000 mm for maximum cleaning time. Cleans the front and rear wheels one after the other, and the sills on the way back.
High-pressure arch: Thoroughly cleans all vertical and horizontal vehicle surfaces using three oscillating pendulum units.
High-pressure rotor: A space-saving solution for wheels and sills in which a disc is swivelled by a pneumatic cylinder.

Washing

Underbody wash: High-quality pressed stainless steel piping with nozzles for thorough underbody cleaning. Operates with recycled service water.
Front/rear high pressure: A special high-pressure wash for targeted cleaning of the front and rear of the vehicle.
Medium-pressure arch: An alternative where high-pressure systems cannot be integrated, for example because of distances. It imitates the look and result of a high-pressure wash as closely as possible. It is not an equivalent replacement, but works well as an addition in higher-value wash programmes.
Sill washer: Brushes on the driver and passenger side thoroughly clean wheel and sill areas. The brushes rotate either clockwise or anticlockwise.

Polishing

Roof roller: The "counterweight roof roller" works on the principle of a two-sided lever, like a seesaw, which makes it very simple in function, handling and maintenance. It only rotates in one direction, keeping the load on the gear motor and clutch to a minimum. Single showers, foam showers or spray systems can easily be added.
6-roller all-round washer: Covers all vertical vehicle surfaces with 2 × 2 side rollers and 2 centre-overlapping all-round side rollers. These follow the vehicle over 1,100 mm and are mounted on pendulums, achieving maximum contact time and optimum contact with all contours.
3-roller all-round washer: A further development of the 3-roller unit for all-round treatment in the smallest of spaces. Together with the roof roller, the centre-overlapping side rollers reach all vertical and horizontal surfaces.
2-roller all-round washer: Two centre-overlapping side rollers treat all vertical surfaces all round. The pendulum units ensure optimum contact with the vehicle contour.

Side washers & cross mitter

Bottom-driven side washers: Bottom-driven side washers offer different positioning options in the car wash. The choice is made individually, depending on the relevant factors.
Top-driven side washers: Top-driven side rollers, available in various washing heights selected according to the intended use.
Cross mitter: The wash material swings across the direction of travel, alternating towards the driver and passenger side. Together with the 2-roller all-round washer, it cleans the upper horizontal surfaces and specifically the vertical surfaces as well.

Care zone

Rain shower: The rain shower can be used as a clear rinse to wash off service water or to apply cleaning or care products.
Spray system: The spray system is used to apply care waxes, chemical drying aid (CTH) or osmosis water, or as a clear rinse.
Foam shower: The foam shower covers vehicles with polishing foam, foam wax or various other foamed cleaners.
Underbody protection: Preserves the underbody areas. Usually used in combination with the underbody wash.

Drying

Blowers & all-round dryers

Blower with 6 centrifugal fans: Equipped with one swivelling roof nozzle and two co-rotating side nozzles. Designed for maximum service life.
Blower with 4 centrifugal fans: Equipped with two swivelling roof nozzles and two co-rotating side nozzles.
3-roller all-round dryer: The roof roller treats all horizontal surfaces. The two centre-overlapping side rollers cover all vertical surfaces all round. A cross mitter can be used instead of the roof roller.
2-roller all-round dryer: Two centre-overlapping side rollers treat all vertical vehicle surfaces all round. Combined with a roof roller or cross mitter, the horizontal surfaces are covered as well.

Blowers with centrifugal fans and all-round dryers

Post-drying & tyre shine

Side dryers: Combined with a rotating chain mitter or cross mitter, they form a textile post-drying stage in the smallest of spaces, ideal for short wash tunnels.
Rotating chain mitter: Developed especially for short wash tunnels. The strip-shaped drying material works across the direction of travel and simply hangs on hooks, so it can be replaced quickly for cleaning.
Cross mitter: The drying material swings across the direction of travel, alternating towards the driver and passenger side. On request, it is also available as a longitudinal version, in which case the material swings with and against the direction of travel.
Tyre shine: Gives tyres a lasting, deep black finish. Suitable for premium washes or as a freely selectable add-on. The design is based on the proven principle of our sill washer.

Technical room

The technical room houses all systems required to operate your car wash, such as controls, pneumatics, water and chemical supply.

The equipment is selected and dimensioned based on the chosen machine configuration and tailored individually to each car wash.
